Biography

Spencer Fargusson is a first-year undergraduate student in the Nuclear, Plasma, and Radiological Engineering Department at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. He is pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in NPRE with a concentration in Power, Safety, and the Environment. He joined the Socio-Technical Risk Analysis (SoTeRiA) Research Laboratory in January 2023 as a Freshman. Having achieved his Associate Degree in Science, he will be learning more about Probabilistic Risk Assessment through his classwork at UIUC.
